Starting on Friday, April 1, we’re making improvements to our systems to better respond to your needs and provide a higher level of service. After this upgrade, you may notice:
  • Faster billing statement delivery
  • Improved online payment options
  • Enhanced digital alerts via text or email
  • Improved automated payment plans

Here’s the plan:

On April 1, our systems will be off line all day. This includes access to your MyAccount online account system, the Automated Phone Menu, and our Customer Service Support Center. The following day, Saturday April 2, Customer Service Support will reopen at 8 AM ET and we will have extended service hours until 9 PM ET in order to meet your needs and answer your questions.

The upgrade will continue from April 2 through April 10. During that time, your online account information in MyAccount will only show your account history through March 30, 2016. Your April account activity will be viewable online in MyAccount, when the upgrade is complete on April 10. Please be assured, ditech will post all mortgage payments as of the date they were received.

To sum up:

  • From April 1 through April 10, we’re upgrading our Customer Systems to better serve you.
  • During this time, some system functions will be temporarily off line
  • Your account information will be up-to-date and available by April 10
